Position: Seller Experience Insights & Enhancement
Position Overview
We will look at all seller experiences in Coupang and help you improve on the need for improvement through Insight
What will you do?
- Develop and manage training materials for all consultation skills in Seller Support (1P, 3P)
- Organize training operations for new business initiatives in Seller Support
- Training for new Seller Support Consultant / OSP agents
- Onboarding and training operations for new hires in Seller Support
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- More than 2 years of experience working in the training/ e-commerce industry.
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Prior involvement in projects aimed at improving customer experience or operational processes.
- Fluent communication skills with related departments, both verbally and in writing
- Flexible handling of new and diverse tasks

我們正在尋找一位充滿熱情與洞察力的教育訓練專員,負責優化Coupang所有賣家體驗。您將透過深入的洞察力,協助我們識別並改善現有流程,提升整體服務品質。
- 開發與管理訓練教材: 負責Coupang賣家支援團隊(包含1P及3P賣家)所有諮詢技能的訓練教材開發與維護。
- 新業務訓練營運: 規劃與執行賣家支援團隊新業務倡議的相關訓練活動。
- 新進人員訓練: 為新進的賣家支援顧問及OSP客服代理人提供專業訓練。
- 新人引導與在職訓練: 負責賣家支援部門新進員工的入職引導與持續性在職訓練營運。
招募條件:
- 大學學士學位
- 兩年以上教育訓練相關產業經驗。
- 精通Microsoft Excel、Word和PowerPoint。
- 曾參與提升客戶體驗或優化營運流程的相關專案。
- 具備與跨部門流暢溝通的書寫及口語表達能力。
- 能夠靈活應對並處理多元的任務。
