Recruiting Operation team employs Field workers to make rocket delivery possible.
You are going to be in charge of recruiting Logistics Helper and Contract positions at camps nationwide.
Once a marketing team acquires the applicants you need to convert them to actual joining by communicating with applicants at the most point of contact so that they can proceed with the selection process. we complete the recruitment at the time when the site needs it, contributing to the smooth on-site operation and rocket delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Introduce a Job detail to applicants
• Operation for Onboarding / Interviews / 1st Contact with applicants
• Coordinate a schedule for heath screen and driving test (if needed)
• Communicate with Subhub/Hub operation manager regarding daily TO and recruiting status.

Essential Qualifications:
• Experience using Excel, Google doc
• Flexible communication skills to quickly adapt to changes.
• Shift working 5 days a week, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability that adapt well in an environment where there is pressure to meet daily recruiting target on daily basis.
