Position: HRM, Dispatch Management

What You Will Do:

• Dispatch Worker full lifecycle Management, including internal stakeholder Management, dispatch worker hiring, onboarding, performance Management, offboarding and agency management.

• Internal stakeholder communication and management for Dispatch hiring need

• Manage and motivate agencies to fulfill company dispatch hiring needs in terms of speed, volume and quality.

• Dispatch worker onboarding coordination in relation to dispatch worker’s equipment and workspace management with the responsible team.

• Coach and guide hiring manager on dispatch worker performance management.

• Manage dispatch worker contract: end of contract, contract renewal and conversion to permanent employee.

• Support and coach hiring manager in dispatch worker attendance management.

• Dispatch offboarding arrangement

• Dispatch worker cost accrual and invoice payment.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of solid experience in HR operations or administration. Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related sub-regulations.

• Experience handling dispatch workers for a large employee base.

• Excellent data processing skills and high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in HRM system management; Workday system experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in handling labor disputes, government labor inspections, or labor mediation is a plus.
