Job Description:
The Data Manager of the Logistics Recruiting team performs and manages all projects for Logistics Recruiting that affect the entire Coupang logistics network, and performs upper-level reports and requests that help with leadership (CLT) decision-making. In addition, by analyzing the process of Logistics Recruiting, the Data Manager derives process improvement plans and implements/establishes them in recruitment to contribute to improving Coupang's recruitment performance.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the data of Logistics Recruiting and analyze data to derive insights
- Work closely with recruiting managers by funnel to develop actionable insights, recommendations, and reporting solutions to improve the recruiting funnel
- Support critical decision making on strategic issues based on leadership requests
- Improve decision quality by developing analytics solutions including data dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience (Google, Meta, TikTok, LINE, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of management experience
- Recruiting experience
- Marketing funnel improvement experience
