Role Overview

This role is based in Korea, however, it will work closely with our Taiwan business. We are looking for candidates have solid, demonstrable experience with performance marketing, display marketing and user engagement. You will collaborate with senior leaders on a daily basis to express new ideas and suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for budget management & steering of your channels
  • Develop channel strategy and testing roadmap by collaborating with our publishers and key partners
  • Your main focus will be managing ads on Social & Display Platforms Own campaign strategy by optimizing towards different goals (Prospecting, Retargeting, & Acquisition)
  • Drive efficiency and deliver on performance targets to deliver on GMV, ROAS & Acquisitions targets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all ads-related issues for your channels Implement reporting and dashboards that will help you take the right decisions
  • Set-up the right tests to measure incrementality of the actions implemented to ensure max efficiency
  • Setting up the audience management infrastructure to target the right audience on the right platform

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in performance marketing (e-comm preferred)
  • Paid Social, Display or Programmatic experience
  • Strong understanding of incrementality measurement (Geo-lift, Lift studies…)
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing environment Independent, fast paced, knowledgeable in online marketing for customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract the right insight and information
  • Fluency in Businiess English

  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Tech company or eCommerce background
  • Ability to work with ambiguous problems

Document Return Policy

  1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
