쿠팡의 핀테크 조직은 고객의 쇼핑 경험을 넘어서는 새로운 금융 서비스를 제공하기 위해 끊임없이 혁신하고 있습니다. 이번에 새롭게 런칭할 New Fintech Product는 쿠팡 생태계 내에서 고객의 금융 생활을 혁신할 수 있는 핵심 제품으로, 결제, 자산관리, 금융 접근성 향상 등 다양한 영역에서 새로운 가치를 창출할 예정입니다. 이 제품은 초기 기획부터 개발, 런칭, 확장까지 전 과정을 함께할 핵심 인재를 찾고 있습니다.

THE ROLE

우리는 New Product 개발 경험과 대규모 프로젝트 리딩 경험을 갖춘 숙련된 Product Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 이 역할은 쿠팡의 새로운 핀테크 제품을 처음부터 정의하고, 고객 중심의 혁신적인 금융 경험을 만들어가는 데 핵심적인 역할을 하게 됩니다.

주요 책임

· 쿠팡의 New Fintech Product에 대한 Product 비전 및 전략 수립

· 0에서 1까지의 제품 개발 및 성공적인 런칭 주도

· 수백만 고객을 대상으로 하는 대규모 프로젝트 리딩 및 실행

· 고객의 금융 니즈를 반영한 혁신적인 기능 설계 및 구현

· 실험, 고객 피드백, 데이터 분석을 통해 지속적인 제품 개선

· 디자인, 엔지니어링, 리스크, 운영 등 다양한 팀과 협업하여 제품 로드맵 실행

· 글로벌 확장을 고려한 제품 전략 수립 및 현지화 기능 개발

· Product Manager 팀을 구축하고 리드하며, 조직 내외부에 제품 비전 전파

경험 및 자격

· 7년 이상의 Product Management 경험

· 0 to 1 제품 개발 및 런칭 경험 필수

· 대규모 프로젝트 리딩 경험 필수

· 고객 중심 사고와 문제 해결 능력

· 기술/정량적 분야에서 학사 이상 학위

· 영어로 뛰어난 서면 및 구두 의사소통 능력 – 선호

· 마켓플레이스/소비자 플랫폼 모델의 복잡성 이해 – 선호

About the New Fintech Product Team

Coupang’s fintech organization is continuously innovating to provide financial services that go beyond the shopping experience. The newly launching New Fintech Product will be a core offering within the Coupang ecosystem, designed to transform customers’ financial lives. It will create new value across various areas such as payments, asset management, and financial accessibility. We are looking for a key talent to lead the entire product lifecycle—from initial planning to development, launch, and scale.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in new product development and leading large-scale projects. This role will be instrumental in defining and building Coupang’s new fintech product from the ground up, delivering innovative and customer-centric financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Define the product vision and strategy for Coupang’s New Fintech Product

· Lead the development and successful launch of a product from 0 to 1

· Drive and execute large-scale projects impacting millions of customers

· Design and implement innovative features that address customer financial needs

· Continuously improve the product through experimentation, customer feedback, and data analysis

· Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, risk, operations, and other teams to execute the product roadmap

· Develop product strategies for global expansion and localization

· Build, inspire, and lead a team of Product Managers while evangelizing the product vision internally and externally

Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in Product Management

· Proven experience in developing and launching products from 0 to 1

· Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects

· Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or quantitative field

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – preferred

· Understanding of marketplace or consumer platform business models – preferred

· Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution
