Perform a leading role in the project of planning/implementing improvements for Seller Policy and take the initiative in drawing improvements for Seller Policy Program in order to offer the best experiences to Coupang customers based on such seller performance management

Position : Seller Performance Management Specialist

Team Introduction
The Seller Performance Team monitors various performance indicators of sellers, who are crucial to e-commerce sales, and manages those who cause customer dissatisfaction through negative actions. Following Coupang’s service processing standards, we aim to enhance customer experience by improving seller performance.

Job Description
Enforce sales suspension and resumption, and send guidance emails within seller policy criteria.
Handle operations to confirm seller response appeals.
Develop and execute operational plans from both customer and seller perspectives.
Write SOPs and propose process improvements for efficient internal operations. Propose new policies for seller management.
Conduct analysis through data processing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with related departments.
• Ability to handle new and diverse tasks flexibly.
• High problem-solving skills and ability to implement improvements.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar department or company.

Preferences
• Proficiency in SQL.
• High level of understanding of shopping services.
• Ability to communicate in English.
