Role Overview

物流绩效与流程优化专员

核心方向：质量提升与统筹

岗位职责

1. 物流供应商绩效管理

• KPI制定与监控： 制定物流全模块的关键绩效指标（KPI），包括但不限于：仓储异常率、报关准时率、海运准班率等。
• 绩效统计与评估： 每月定期统计、分析和评分供应商绩效数据，出具正式的绩效评估报告。
• 奖惩与沟通： 代表公司与供应商进行绩效沟通，明确奖惩机制（包括但不罚款、续约激励或替换等）。

1. 物流流程优化与效率提升

• 问题收集与分析： 深入了解仓储岗和运营岗的日常痛点和数据，收集全链路的瓶颈信息。
• 瓶颈梳理与方案输出： 梳理和定位物流全链路的流程瓶颈（例如：入仓与报关的衔接延迟、信息传递失误等），并输出明确可执行的优化方案。
• 推动落地与效果跟踪： 协同内部团队和外部供应商，推动优化方案的落地实施，并持续跟踪优化效果，确保流程效率的提升。

1. 供应商统筹与风险管理

• 档案管理： 建立和维护标准化的供应商档案，确保信息的准确性和时效性。
• 备选评估： 评估潜在的备选物流供应商，建立评估标准和流程。
• “双供应商”布局： 推动和实现核心物流模块（如报关、核心仓储等）的**“双供应商”布局**策略，以分散风险，确保服务的持续性。

1. 合规性管理与数据支持

• 政策跟踪与合规更新： 持续跟踪中韩出口物流相关的政策变化和海关要求，及时更新和调整内部物流管控标准和操作规范。
• 数据汇总与决策支持： 汇总全链路物流数据，定期出具高效的运营分析报表（如时效、成本、异常率等），为管理层决策提供数据支撑。

任职要求

• 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业优先。
• 工作经验： 3年以上物流、供应链或流程优化相关工作经验，有海运/跨境电商物流经验者优先。
• 专业技能： 熟悉物流KPI体系、流程管理工具（如Visio/流程图绘制），具备优秀的数据分析能力（熟练使用Excel/BI工具）。
• 核心能力： 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调和商务谈判能力，逻辑思维清晰，结果导向强。
• 语言要求：必须有基础的英文读写能力，能流利英文交流者优先。
