Position : QA_Program Management

An operational leader responsible for managing the daily workflow and performance of the L3 and L4 team members. This role ensures the team meets its operational targets and contributes to a smooth launch in the new market.

What will you do?

• Oversee day-to-day audit and QA workflows, including task assignment and resource allocation.​
• Monitor team performance metrics and report progress to the L6 Manager.​
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.​
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.​
• Assist in localizing processes, tools, and best practices for the Taiwan market.​
• Serve as a bridge between the frontline team and senior leadership.
