What You Will Do

• To perform data analysis work required to achieve and manage ad targets, and to present business direction by deriving insights.
• To derive performance improvement directions based on the measurement of sales productivity and key advertising indicators.
• To investigate bottlenecks in sales through a hypothesis and its verification and to present a data-based action plan.
• To conduct data extraction and to create and manage analytical dashboards and reports.

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
• More than 6 years of data analysis and practical experience
• Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL + (R or Python)
• Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
• Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
• Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power-BI）

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting based on data analysis
• Business English
• Exposure to ML based modelling techniques nice to have but not essential
