Role

We are hiring for a Manager, General Administration for our Bangalore office.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and maintain building systems: BMS, LMS, HVAC, electrical (including UPS), plumbing, fire safety, etc. with cooperating with IT stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance (PPM).
  • Respond to breakdowns and coordinate repairs with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety & Fire regulations and technical standards.
  • Manage contractors and service providers for technical systems.
  • Maintain documentation and service records.
  • Oversee daily operation: cleaning, security, pantry (Food & Beverage), events support, parking, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
  • Plan and coordinate installation, refurbishments, and space allocation.
  • Inventory and asset management.
  • Manage service contracts and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate front desk, mailroom, and concierge services.
  • Monitor service quality and conduct regular audits.
  • Handle complaints and service improvement initiatives.
  • Track Opex & Capex budget management.
  • Lead reporting: daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ Years for relevant experience in managing and maintaining building systems
  • Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
  • Team management experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Relevant experience IT/Corporate set up
  • Effective communication skills
