This is an exceptional&nbsp;opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers&nbsp;wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>CX (Customer Experience) Audit Operation job involves <strong>reviewing product listings on the Coupang platform for defects</strong>, <strong>providing feedback on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</strong>, <strong>troubleshooting cases</strong>, and ensure a high-quality and consistent customer experience for Coupang customers. Job roles will focus on regular or special task audit (follow KPI for daily output&amp;high accuracy) and report defect findings to managers who oversees the entire process and lead teams.</p> <p>As a CX auditor, you will be responsible for regular or special task audit, provide the audit defect findings with clear comment/opinion to managers. On top of daily output, you also need to deliver high accuracy audit result.
