We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Gopuff North America Ads team. Building and maintaining a best-in-class Retail Ads Network are core to what will make Gopuff successful. The Campaign Manager will be crucial in managing the creative process, coordinating the in-app and CRM ad placements, and driving ongoing refinement, optimization, and quality assurance of Gopuff’s Ad products. You Will:
- Project manage end to end creative development process in coordination with Client Partners, Client Solution Managers, and Creative Agencies.
- Own briefing process with client and creative team, setting timelines and deadlines, managing feedback and edits and managing project until client approval
- Set clear expectations with all parties on feedback process, balancing speed with quality
- Schedule executions with CRM team while aligning cross-functionally to inform presale framing of CRM
- Partner with Digital Merchandising team and client to build category pages for partner brands
- Define processes and frameworks to balance execution speed with defined roles across teams
- Coordinate with Digital Merchandisers to place calendar holds for upcoming campaigns
- Build “Source of Truth” documentation across all tactics
- Drive clarity and efficiency for defined ownership areas
- Develop QA checklists per tactic to ensure live campaigns match internal and external expectations
- Create screenshots decks to show clients live executions
You Have:
- Four-year college degree required
- 1-2+ years post-college experience in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- Strong project management, Excel, and Figms skills a plus
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a remote team environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and writing
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Good at working independently - proactive, self-starter
Compensation
- Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.
- Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within United States): USD $49,400 - USD $78,500
