Who We’re Looking For

• Takes ownership of a core product domain, leading end-to-end strategy and execution of a clinical product.

• Works closely with dental professionals to deeply understand clinical workflows and user needs.

• Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Owns complex integrations and external systems.

• Defines how AI-driven insights are embedded into real-world clinical environments.

• Plays a key role in shaping both inbound and outbound product strategy from discovery and roadmap to go-to-market and adoption.

• Thrives in fast-paced environments, solving complex problems with a high degree of ownership.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in Product Management within SaaS environments.

• Strong product mindset- ability to translate user needs into impactful product decisions.

• Experience working on complex systems, integrations, or data-driven products.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and leading cross-functional execution.

• Familiarity with AI-driven products and/or AI tools.

• Experience working with both inbound (product discovery) and outbound (GTM, positioning) motions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work closely with external users (e.g., clinicians) and translate real-world workflows into product solutions.
