Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Tax Manager I to join our team as an individual contributor reporting to the Income Tax Lead. This role is ideal for a deeply technical tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Support M&A activity, including tax due diligence and post-close integration
Assist with distribution calculations (E&P, etc.) and related partner reporting
