About the Role
Socure is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting to lead and grow a team of Solution Consultants (SCs). This role serves as a technical expert, aligning Socure’s digital identity verification and fraud prevention solutions to client needs throughout the sales and implementation process. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and scaling the SC team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SCs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Enhance team efficiency through improved templates, training, automation, and processes.

  • Monitor team performance metrics and optimize pre-sales activities.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies and influence the product roadmap.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Socure products and industry trends.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to tailor solutions to client needs.

  • Deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.

  • 10+ years of success in revenue growth and customer satisfaction, with 3+ years in leadership within solution consulting or pre-sales (preferably in B2B SaaS for AI-driven identity verification).

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams.

  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Willingness to travel (~30%).

  • Expertise in AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of exceeding expectations.

  • Service-oriented, self-starter with a focus on delivering results.

Salary and Benefits:

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
