Job Overview

The Talent Sourcer / Coordinator is a critical operations and sourcing partner within Socure’s Talent Acquisition team. This role supports recruiters and hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle by managing interview logistics, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and proactively identifying and engaging talent for open roles.

At Socure, the Talent Sourcer / Coordinator balances high-volume scheduling and coordination with hands-on sourcing support, helping build diverse and qualified pipelines. This role plays a key part in ensuring our hiring process is efficient, candidate-friendly, data-driven, and compliant, while continuously improving how we attract and engage talent.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for candidates, panels, and high-volume pipelines across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate candidate and interviewer communications, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, interview feedback, and dispositioning in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Prepare interview materials, collect interviewer feedback, and coordinate candidate travel or virtual interview logistics as needed

  • Support recruiting events, referral programs, and onboarding coordination in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and applicable employment regulations

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process improvements and implement best practices

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source and identify candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent pools, referrals, and other sourcing channels

  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and support recruiter-led candidate engagement efforts

  • Assist in building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Post and maintain job openings on Socure’s careers site and external job boards, ensuring consistent messaging and accurate job descriptions

  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline health to support reporting and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered

  • 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or a related talent support role

  • Experience sourcing candidates or strong interest in developing sourcing skills within a recruiting function

  • Familiarity with ATS (applicant tracking systems); Ashby preferred, scheduling tools, and productivity software (Google Workspace)

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

  • Commitment to equitable and inclusive recruiting practices and support for Socure’s DEI initiatives

  • Interest or experience using recruiting data, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
