\nThe Marketing team at Udemy is passionate about nurturing our customers, building strong relationships, and helping organizations drive business outcomes through Udemy. You will regularly partner with internal, cross-functional teams that include Customer Success, Communications & PR, Sales, other Marketing functions, and Product.
\nThis role reports to our Head of Content & Advocacy Marketing and will be based in our Denver or San Francisco offices.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n- \n
- Working closely with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager to help support the development and amplification of customer stories globally. \n
- Manage the customer story pipeline in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and PR/Communications. \n
- Grow and maintain our customer reference program. Facilitate a Customer Logo Permissions Library working cross-functionally in cooperation with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager. Support the customer advocate-reference tracking process to grow speaker, event, PR, and other engagements to elevate the voice of Udemy customers. \n
- Track and communicate key performance metrics on customer advocate, loyalty, and reference programs. Leverage performance metrics to optimize outcomes of each program. \n
\nWhat you’ll have: \n
\n- \n
- 5-8 years working in advocate marketing, customer engagement, reference & loyalty management, and/or customer success \n
- Experience coordinating customer success stories, case studies, and use case development \n
- Knowledge of working with customer data to generate actionable insights \n
- Great organizational and project management skills with the ability to streamline processes \n
- Multi-tasking is your superpower and you enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve goals \n
- A passion for storytelling and superb communication skills, including excellent verbal, written, and editing skills \n
