\nWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to help us revolutionize learning! Our Talent Acquisition Associates are thought partners to their recruiters, supporting and enhancing our recruiting practices in an effort to give a world-class candidate experience. They bring forth new ideas, lead projects, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen our recruiting practices.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- \nScheduling: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for internal and external candidates, to create a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. \n
- \nSourcing: This is everything from utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top talent, to posting job ads on partner websites, to sharing sourcing-related data with your stakeholders. \n
- \nSolving problems: We are looking for someone who approaches a problem with an open mind, then researches, and presents potential solutions. \n
- \nSystems: Being able to seamlessly navigate our systems and present opportunities for optimization and automation is a must for this role. Knowledge is power! \n
- \nCollaborating (because they couldn’t ALL be S’s): Working with people is the crux of this role and will require strong interpersonal skills. \n
