You love learning new things and are known for bringing innovative perspectives and questions to the table. You’re deadline and results-driven, passionate about creating new processes, systems, and best practices that help your internal partners do their best work.

\n

\nAbout this role \n

\n

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to help us revolutionize learning! Our Talent Acquisition Associates are thought partners to their recruiters, supporting and enhancing our recruiting practices in an effort to give a world-class candidate experience. They bring forth new ideas, lead projects, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen our recruiting practices.

\n

What you'll be doing:

\n
    \n
  • \nScheduling: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for internal and external candidates, to create a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • \nSourcing: This is everything from utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top talent, to posting job ads on partner websites, to sharing sourcing-related data with your stakeholders.
  • \n
  • \nSolving problems: We are looking for someone who approaches a problem with an open mind, then researches, and presents potential solutions.
  • \n
  • \nSystems: Being able to seamlessly navigate our systems and present opportunities for optimization and automation is a must for this role. Knowledge is power!
  • \n
  • \nCollaborating (because they couldn’t ALL be S’s): Working with people is the crux of this role and will require strong interpersonal skills.
  • \n
\n

\nWhat you’ll have:

\n
    \n
  • \nPrevious experience in a role where you leveraged data, solved problems and fostered partnerships. This role will develop you in all of those areas!
  • \n
  • \nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize. Scheduling often requires a quick turnaround and the ability to context shift quickly. Organization is key to success in this role.
  • \n
  • \nTeam mentality. Recruiting is a team sport. We look for people who will lift each other up, and who will drive their own results independently, understanding how their work impacts others.
  • \n
  • \nA hunger for knowledge. You know where you want to grow and seek out opportunities to learn. We’re all stronger when we learn and when we share with each other.
  • \n
  • \nExcellent communication skills. You’ll be partnering with people at all levels and every interaction that you have with internal and external folks builds on your, and the recruiting team’s, reputation. We want you to shine!
  • \n
\n

We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company. Even if you think your background might not perfectly align, we'd love to hear from you!

\n
