\nAs a Reporting Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting reporting and auditing activities while ensuring data governance, integrity, and confidentiality. You will also be at the forefront of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data. \nWhat you'll be doing:

- Manage master data in our core HRIS system Workday, developing and generating customized reports and dashboards to communicate HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to stakeholders. \n
- Provide scalable analytics and insights through development of various HR system reports of our people data that will assist in solving complex problems. \n
- Enable our people strategies through high quality, compelling analytics that arm our leaders with the insights they need to scale our business. \n
- Maintain standardized data definitions and globally streamlined data entry procedures through a comprehensive data governance strategy. \n
- Build and sustain relationships with HR and business users, leveraging in-depth data analysis and insights to assist them in understanding and utilizing HR data and metrics. This includes working collaboratively with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities where data-driven decisions can further HR initiatives. \n
- Through rigorous benchmarking and market research, assess our workforce metrics and practices against industry standards to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. \n
- Serve as support for our global employee life cycle, from hiring and onboarding to ongoing development, and offboarding, with a focus on maintaining global consistency. \n
What you’ll have
\n- \n
- 8+ years of Workday, Greenhouse and/or ServiceNow Experience (or Similar SaaS technology). \n
- Workday experience in Report Writer, Prism Analytics, dashboards, calculated fields, business objects, data sources, dashboards, and domain security. \n
- Prior use of business intelligence and analytics tools required; data visualization tools, data manipulation tools, integration tools (APIs), ETL tools, and data storage tools. \n
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred) \n
- \nSoft Skills: Adaptable/Flexibility, Strategic Thinker, Strong Time Management, Great Attention to Detail, Creative/Innovative, Strong Communication, Openness to growth and Learn, and Receptive to Feedback \n
- \nHard Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with Advanced Proficiency in Excel(including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulae), Data Cleaning and Mining, Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, or Python), Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and Data Governance. Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Culture Amp) is a plus. \n
