You thrive in dynamic environments like ours where you can strategically build systems, processes, and tools to create best-in-class customer experiences. You love influencing our company’s growth journey and enabling our internal go-to-market teams to efficiently generate revenue and scale.
About this role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Associate to ensure no lead is left behind and every buyer and customer touchpoint is tracked. This person will play a critical role in building and maintaining our revenue engine automation infrastructure, facilitating marketing campaign execution, and database health through scalable and efficient processes. We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role is critical to ensuring we continue to rapidly scale our Marketing operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Support and execute an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- You’ll live in the data details, finding and fixing inaccuracies, making inefficient workflows efficient, and ensuring the integrity of newly imported and existing data.
- Ensure our Marketing tech stack, particularly Marketo, is set up so that we’re collecting the right data in the right way at the right time. It’s up to you to make sure we can deliver accurate campaigns for our Marketing team and leads to our Sales team.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes in the MOps tech stack (Marketo, SFDC, FullCircle, etc.) and the integration with the larger Revenue Ops tech stack, as well as assist in the integration of new tools that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Maintain strong partnership with our global team of stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through build, testing, delivery and measurement.
- Help drive closed-loop reporting from Leads to Revenue so that we know our ROI by campaign, offer, and source.
What you’ll have
- 3-5+ years of direct marketing operations experience including building and maintaining a lead / contact lifecycle model, data integrity, data processes and technology integrations
- 2+ years Marketo Experience (Marketo Certified Expert preferred)
- 2+ years CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Bonus technological experience: FullCircle, 6Sense, Madkudu, Qualified, Braze, SalesLoft, Splash, ZoomInfo
- You speak conversion rates, know what MQL stands for and love demand gen execution
- An interest for how we can improve our campaigns, channels and ultimately drive leads through the top of the funnel
- Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and analytics
- Thorough understanding of marketing ops best practices, particularly in campaign management and Demand Gen
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are detail-oriented and are able to prioritize and multitask
- Independent, motivated and excited to roll-up your sleeves
We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company. Even if you think your background might not perfectly align, we'd love to hear from you!
