About this role

The Udemy GTM Operations (GTM Ops) team’s mission is to drive scalable go-to-market solutions through people, process and technology. Our team serves 3 primary functions. First, we serve as the liaison between GTM Strategy & Operations organizations (GTMSO) and IT Business Systems to create efficiencies and automations within our CRM - Salesforce. Second, we are the technical administrators for GTM tech stack. Lastly, we are project managers who bring to market large-scale changes to our product, pricing, contracts, and processes.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will require a strong understanding of SaaS and needs to be experienced in Go-To-Market Operations. You need to be data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious. You must also have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work both independently and in a team environment, and possess the ability to manage multiple complex projects. You understand how impactful data can be in determining the right strategy, and how important smooth operations are to executing that strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct discovery, gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, manage change and stakeholder communications on SFDC initiatives and processes that support our go-to-market initiatives.
  • Serve as Primary Liaison aligned with our stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Ops, CS Ops, etc) to establish, document, and define business requirements, metrics and KPIs.
  • Partner with our Business Systems team to release new SFDC functionality and enhancements to current functionality that satisfy project success criteria.
  • Establish yourself as a cross functional resource to identify and implement business processes that increase productivity and remove bottlenecks.
  • Responsively address and resolve Salesforce cases for internal employees, offering dedicated support to help resolve issues and enhance their user experience within the platform.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Ops team to define and document processes by identifying areas for improvement and solutions to increase efficiencies, repeatability, and scalability.

What you’ll have

  • 3+ years experience in GTM/Revenue Operations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem solving skills and get-it-done mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to help you make data driven recommendations and decisions
  • Salesforce knowledge: a solid understanding of system features and capabilities, CPQ knowledge a plus
  • Experience working in an agile environment and with project management tools such as Jira, Asana a plus.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders in a SaaS B2B business
