They bring forth new ideas, and contribute to projects, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen our recruiting practices.
What you'll be doing
-
- Scheduling: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for internal and external candidates, to create a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Sourcing: This is everything from utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify top talent, to posting job ads on partner websites, to sharing sourcing-related data with your stakeholders.
- Solving problems: We are looking for someone who approaches a problem with an open mind, then researches, and presents potential solutions.

- Team mentality. Recruiting is a team sport. We look for people who will lift each other up, and who will drive their own results independently, understanding how their work impacts others.
- A hunger for knowledge. You know where you want to grow and seek out opportunities to learn. We’re all stronger when we learn and when we share with each other.
We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company.
About your Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize. Scheduling often requires a quick turnaround and the ability to context shift quickly. Organization is key to success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll be partnering with people at all levels and every interaction that you have with internal and external folks builds on your, and the recruiting teams, reputation. We want you to shine!
