Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role
As the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational effectiveness for the Americas regions. This position is responsible for partnering with Sales Leadership as a thought partner and advisor to achieve our revenue goals and improve sales productivity for our North America and LATAM teams. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you’ll lead a team that drives forecasting accuracy and the 13 week operational cadence in AMERs and that will drive the optimization of sales performance, pipeline management and hygiene, providing actionable insights, and process optimization in order to empower our team and support the company’s growth trajectory. You will work closely with other cross-functional teams including the Deal Desk, Marketing and Enablement to drive repeatable, scalable plays and approaches to enhance performance results. You will leverage GTM Analytics and data science insights such as deal scoring frameworks to improve deal execution with Sales leadership to de-risk deals and to improve win rates. The ideal candidate will require a strong understanding of SaaS and needs to be experienced in Sales Operations. You need to be data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and have a strong executive presence. You understand how impactful data can be in determining the right strategy, and how important smooth operations are to executing that strategy.
What you’ll be doing

Act as a business partner to the SVP, Sales leader.

Manage the Sales Operation Managers for the NAMER and LATAM regions.

Lead the regional sales operations team to manage key sales processes, including forecasting following the 13 week operational cadence, driving pipeline management and cross-functional pipeline councils, supporting enhanced deal execution, and working with Sales leadership and recruitment to ensure the region is staffed to planned capacity.

Understand regional complexities to create processes, and cross-functional support in guidance with best practice and local needs.

Provide analytics and strategic support for quarterly business reviews.

Oversee regional sales forecasting, manage forecasting and data analysis to provide valuable insight into geo’s performance and general predictability.

Drive Ramp to Revenue within AMERs and visibility to leaders and developing defined action plans to improve AE Attainment and full rep participation.

Develop and project manage sales strategies and initiatives required to drive sales in a business organization.

Uncover leading and lagging indicators of sales performance and predictability to help inform and guide our success.

Support the Implementation and adoption of new technologies to support the sales teams (such as the Value selling tool).

Provide accurate and real-time data to help monitor the performance of the business.

Support the Sales Operations managers with territory carving and ramp to revenue.
What you’ll have

6+ years experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations and/or business analytics
-
Salesforce knowledge: complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.

Experience managing Sales Operations Managers and Analysts with a track record of driving significant improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency, including but not limited to territory desired, but not required for the role.

Exceptional quantitative and Google Sheet skills

Experience working closely with senior leaders in a SaaS B2B business
