Role Summary
The Manager / Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is a high‑impact, hands‑on individual contributor responsible for driving full‑cycle recruiting across enterprise go‑to‑market, technical, and G&A roles. You will be a scrappy, fast‑moving talent athlete who excels at evaluating A‑players, communicating concisely, partnering with executives, and operating with autonomy in an early‑stage environment (Seed–Series B experience required).
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Evaluation
- Source and assess top enterprise GTM talent (senior sellers, enterprise sales leaders, AM).
- Source and evaluate technical talent including software engineers, AI/ML, and product roles.
- Build creative outbound strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, communities, and referrals.
- Run fast, efficient, and high‑signal search processes with strong judgment and alignment.
Search Execution
- Screen candidates efficiently while maintaining extremely high talent standards.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with candidates and stakeholders.
- Drive a high‑velocity recruiting engine with strong weekly funnel performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to refine role definitions and expectations.
- Collaborate with People, Finance, and Leadership on headcount planning and process improvements.
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives, messaging consistency, and candidate experience design.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑growing Seed through Series B startups.
- Strong track record sourcing and closing enterprise GTM talent.
- Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product).
- High‑judgment talent evaluator; able to distinguish A‑players quickly and consistently.
- Thrives in a hands‑on IC role with high autonomy and fast pace.
- Exceptional communication skills—concise, high‑signal, and executive‑ready.
- Proven ability to operate scrappily, independently, and with urgency.
