Description
Vi is looking for a Marketing Manager to help execute and operationalize our brand and thought leadership strategy across channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working under the VP Creative Director to translate define brand positioning into consistent, high-quality execution. We are not looking for someone to reinvent strategy. We are looking for someone who can organize, execute, and scale what has already been built.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and fluent in modern B2B / AI marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Channel Execution
- Own and manage posting cadence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
- Build and maintain structured content calendars
- Coordinate launches, reports, announcements, and thought leadership moments
- Repurpose long-form content into consistent multi-channel distribution
Website & Digital Execution
- Manage website updates and landing page launches
- Coordinate with design/development partners
- Ensure assets are accurate, live, and aligned with brand guardrails
PR & Thought Leadership Coordination
- Support media outreach logistics and press release execution
- Manage timelines with PR agencies and external vendors
- Track coverage, placements, and submission deadlines
MarketingOperations
- Build and maintain marketing workflows and tracking systems
- Keep projects organized and moving
- Ensure brand consistency across all outbound materials
- Translate high-level strategic direction into day-to-day execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Product, Sales, and Leadership
- Act as the operational backbone of marketing execution
- Proactively identify gaps and keep initiatives on track
Ideal Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or startup environments
- Agency or startup background preferred
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Comfortable being hands-on (writing, coordinating, posting, managing vendors)
- Strong project management instincts
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiar with CMS platforms, marketing tools, and content workflows
- Comfortable working closely with founders and executive teams
- Experience in healthcare or AI is a plus (not required)
